Nice to meet you, I'm Thaisa

Product Designer (UX/UI) for over 10 years creating sites and online stores that delight, and for 5 years building and scaling SaaS.

I help startups and scale-ups launch fast MVPs, deploy living Design Systems, and reduce churn with UX Research, besides building high-converting websites and online stores.

I have led redesigns and AI features in ATS, improving activation, consistency, and delivery speed, and built sites/stores optimized for lead conversion/sales.

I am hands-on: I conduct discovery, define metrics, design UI-dev-ready (tokens, components, Storybook) and perform the handoff that engineering teams love.
